Director of Corporate Development

Background

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in business/corporate development, business consultancy, product/project management, finance, financial risk management or similar roles at top financial institutions, consulting firms or technology companies.
  • Advanced Degree in business and/or finance – MBA will be preferred but Master in
    Business is also acceptable. Top Business School degrees are preferred.
  • Experienced professional who is excited by developing projects and products and who can perform in multiple disciplines. Motivated to work in the fast-paced environment of a startup project.
  • High English level (bilingual) – Minimum Level required: C1

 

Role Description

The objective of this role is to ensure the comprehensive development of the project, through the participation in the design and execution of the different relevant areas: legal structuring, technological and product development, marketing strategies, competitors research, business relations/partnerships, financial models and process design, among others.

The Director of Corporate Development must work with cross-functional teams and will co- participate in the project strategy design and in the coordination of its execution with internal and external teams and advisors.

Role Description

Role Description

  • Define Vault’s Marketing plan and prioritize/coordinate its execution.
  • Design, develop and coordinate the implementation of the brand strategy.
  • Create the proper narrative and pitch for each of the audiences that will interact with Vault and its platform: institutional investors, exchanges, traders and merchants.
  • Direct the proper market research for identifying current and potential competitors, additional target audiences and potential partners.
  • Plan and co-execute the content and communications strategy – pitch decks, fact sheets and support marketing materials and videos related to client services.

Audit and Compliance Manager
 

Background

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with legal and jurisdictional regulations, overseeing internal compliance with stated procedures in the fintech/financial sector. Experience with large firms preferable.

Role Description

The Vault team is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with experience in the fintech sector to directly manage the auditing and compliance functions of Vault’s cryptocurrency operations. This person will be responsible for structuring and managing relationships with international audit partners, legal firms, fiduciary partners, and key operational partnerships in multiple jurisdictions.

The Audit and Compliance Manager will be working cross-functionally with the VP of Corporate Development and the CEO, as well as between contracted entities, legal firms, and third-party partners. This person is expected to take initiative in navigating multiple complex and rapidly changing regulatory environments in coordination with legal counsel and members of the Vault executive team. This person will report directly to the CEO.

The Vault team is seeking a talented sales and business development professional to spearhead formation of new partnerships with cryptocurrency exchanges, operational partners, and other strategic relationships in the cryptocurrency industry. This person will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities that help to advance company goals and forming mutually beneficial relationships that create value for Vault and its key stakeholders.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will work cross-functionally across multiple teams and will work closely with the VP of Corporate Development and the CEO. This person is expected to take initiative for delivering results in a fast-paced and competitive marketplace, and identify new opportunities that further the key objectives of the Vault company, as well as advancing the growth of the USDVault token ecosystem. This person will report directly to the CEO.

Background

Role Description

The Vault team is seeking a highly talented business development professional to lead fundraising and capital raising projects. This person will be responsible for leading key aspects of the capital raising process, from development of key materials to the managing investor relationships from point of first contact through all stages of the arrangement.

The Director of Investor Relations will be work closely with Vault’s CEO and coordinate efforts with other senior members of the Vault team. This person will be primarily responsible for the development of financial proposals, investment documents, and presentation materials. The Director or Investor Relations will also take initiative in forming new relationships with potential investors, venture capital firms, and private wealth networks to attract post-seed round capital for the company. He or she will report directly to the CEO.
